Anáhuac, Mexico: June 14th-June 21st
PEOPLE
Our trip centers around the work of the Casa de la Esperanza (House of Hope) orphanage. Casa’s mission is to serve those unfortunate children of Mexico who, for reasons not their own, find themselves orphaned, lost, abandoned or abused.
The people of Anáhuac, as well as the children at the orphanage, are a combination of Mexican Nationals and indigenous people (known as Tarahumara).
The official language of Mexico is Spanish.
