Mike is a graduate of the AIM program, has a Bachelors and Masters degrees from LCU, and a Bachelors of Theology from SIBI. Currently Mike serves as the dean of online studies for SIBI.

Mike serves as a deacon for missions at Green Lawn Church of Christ. This is where Mike became acquainted with Paul Hill and the work in England. Mike travels at least twice a year to the UK to promote UKBI. This collaboration has led to the United Kingdom Bible Institute.
