Nicaragua’s population is made up mostly of mestizos (people of mixed European and indigenous ancestry)
A large portion of Nicaraguans live in abject poverty

Jinotega is located in the beautiful, mountainous area of north-central Nicaragua
The majority of our mission trip will be spent in and around Jinotega
Our lodging will be at the secure Misión Para Cristo facility in housing built specifically for visiting American groups
