Jeff Smith is the Director of DiscipleTrips, a short-term mission organization, which he founded in 2011.  Jeff’s vision for this ministry emerged from his experience as a third-culture kid in Africa and his years of full-time student ministry dating back to 1986. DiscipleTrips uniquely combines Jeff’s passion for missions and students into an organization that brings together PEOPLE and PLACES to share God’s PURPOSE of TAKING DISCIPLES TO MAKE DISCIPLES.

Jeff is a graduate of Sunset International Bible Institute (1986) and Rochester College (2001).  He married his childhood sweetheart, Stacy, in 1981 and has two amazing children and seven precious grandkids!
